Since 1995, Asier Laspiur has been a Tenured Lecturer at the Art School of the University of the Basque Country, working in the Department of Sculpture. His relationship with art has always been from a position of experience and poiesis, viewing the discursive as an attempt to surround, comment and whisper to the Object and to the Materiality; it does not comprise it, either as an organism or as a body, but as an "apparel" (the mould or double of the Thing, and of any Figure).
